What we need to know
Where is it? – The biggest thing we need to know is what kind of venue it is. Is it a public works venue or a private venue? The biggest difference between the two is that for some places, we need a license to be outside (such as a Broward Parks license) while private residences are usually a little laxer. We need to know what forms of paperwork and presentation skills we need to accommodate for.
What are you Having? – Next, we will work with you to determine what kind of food you will want and how to make that pair with the location. For example, if you are having an outdoors birthday party and it’s a little more relaxed and a little more drinking and fun times, we wouldn’t suggest hearty and heavy pasta since it’s going to be so active.
