How do I secure my wedding date?
To secure your date, you’ll sign your event agreement and submit your initial deposit. Once your date is reserved, our team guides you through every step of the planning process.
How far in advance should I book?
Most couples book 12–18 months in advance, especially for Sundays, holidays, and peak months. If you’re flexible with your date, you may also benefit from seasonal specials.
What are the next steps after booking?
You’ll receive a welcome email with your planning timeline, important forms, and helpful links to choose your menu and décor options.
We’ll also schedule your tasting and guide you through menu selection, seating charts, and final details.
Can I tour the venue again during planning?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to schedule a visit any time you want to review layout, décor ideas, or logistics with your coordinator.

Do you offer tastings?
Yes! Your tasting is included with your package. You’ll get to try menu items, ask questions, and finalize your selections.
Is your food kosher?
Yes — we are a fully kosher catering facility with all meals prepared under strict supervision. (ORB)
Can I customize my menu?
Of course. You can mix and match from our menu options or request custom dishes. We love creating menus that match your taste and cultural traditions.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and kid-friendly meals. Just let us know your needs 1–2 weeks before the wedding.

Can I bring my own decorator?
Yes, outside décor teams are welcome. They must provide a Certificate of Insurance at least 2 weeks before the event.
📋 Logistics & Day-Of Questions
When do I give my final guest count?
Your final count is due 1–2 weeks before the wedding along with your entrée selections.
Do you offer vendor meals?
Yes — vendor meals can be added to your order and must be included in your final count.
Do you help with creating a seating chart?
Yes! You’ll send us your seating chart, and our team handles setup and placement on the wedding day.
What time can my vendors arrive?
Vendors typically arrive 3–4 hours before your event. Your coordinator will confirm exact timing.
🧾 Payments & Policies
When are payments due?
• Deposit is due at signing
• 50% payment is due 3–5 weeks before your wedding
• Final payment is due 1–2 weeks before your event
We’ll remind you before each due date.
Do you require vendor insurance?
Yes — all outside vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
What happens if I need to change my date?
We’ll do everything we can to accommodate a new date based on availability and the terms of your agreement.

Do you host other events?
Yes — we host bar/bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, corporate events, graduations, galas, baby showers, engagement parties, and more.
